Response to Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Brevig Homes will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Brevig Homes may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
